After 6 months of using the EVSE it's summer in Texas. Higher temperatures showed a problem with this particular charger overheating and readjusting during charging. I contacted Morec via email. They asked me if I could send photos or videos of the broken devices, which I did. The next day they started sending me a complete replacement unit. It arrived on time (about a week) and at no extra charge. More importantly, it performs excellently within its operating temperature range in a hot (normal for a TX) garage. Great machine, great service! I would buy this again. They said the motherboard was overheating, probably due to a short or a wiring issue. The device monitors its own internal temperature and I believe it has a safety switch hence the reset I experienced.
