I'm giving them five stars because I really like most of them. Twice I had a set that didn't print well but I contacted Valuetoner through Revain and they contacted me about the problem. They replaced the defective cartridge free of charge and I was very happy with the customer service. Since they last a long time and print just as well as the manufacturer's cartridges, I am very satisfied. They are about four times cheaper than factory products. I have an HP 5440 desktop inkjet printer.
