The color cartridge (93) only printed about 8 color copies before it stopped working. I've cleaned it thoroughly many times, still get the error and it doesn't print anything. This time we're using a genuine HP cartridge, which is very disappointing.

Same complaint as others. The color cartridge has failed with little or no color printing. I think it's the contacts that have gone bad. I have a blinking error light and can't even use the printer for black printing without good color contact. Tried to clean, didn't help.

I'm giving them five stars because I really like most of them. Twice I had a set that didn't print well but I contacted Valuetoner through Revain and they contacted me about the problem. They replaced the defective cartridge free of charge and I was very happy with the customer service. Since they last a long time and print just as well as the manufacturer's cartridges, I am very satisfied. They are about four times cheaper than factory products. I have an HP 5440 desktop inkjet printer.

I'm so tired of buying OEM cartridges that dry out and print so few pages for the money. Ordered to try because of the price. I don't print much so the cartridges need to be able to survive the downtime between uses. They do this and also print more copies than any major brand has ever done when I need them. Black color and colors remain high quality until the end. Very happy with it.

I've had bad experiences with remanufactured toners because they tend to dry out or clog the ink nozzles. I ordered them on 11/25/19 but only installed them on 1/14/20. They worked just like OEM cartridges. I will order this again.

So far this ink has printed excellently and is a lot cheaper than HP or some other brands of replacement inks. This is only the second type of remanufactured ink I've used and it prints great. Even my old HP Photosmart had no problems with it. I'm glad it prints well and I hope it prints some pages. The price of these inks was very low and thanks to Prime they arrived quickly. I had to print the shipping labels by the end of the week and am very happy so far.

The HP 93 color cartridge printed 11 pages before my 5440 started flashing error messages and refused to print anything while the HP 93 cartridge was installed. Cartridge 93 removed and the printer works fine. Install cartridge 93 and the error light will flash and the printer will not print. EDIT: Pulling the rest of the items out of the box, I noticed a small alcohol wipe on the packaging with instructions on how to use the wipe on the cartridge chip. if the printer reports errors.
