We have a 2004 Rinker 342 and over the years I have twice replaced the rear taillight with a traditional two pin marine lamp from our well known marine store. My light was dimmed again. This time I decided to replace the old lamp and housing with new technology. This LED light is AMAZING. It was an almost exact replacement (body to body). I only had to cut and splice 2 wires to install this new one. Oddly, the screw holes on the new LED frame were about 1/32" of the existing (original holes), but by slightly tilting one screw, both worked and I installed/fastened the new light in place. The whole job took less than 5 minutes It's BRIGHT! Very bright white. It fully illuminates our swim platform and dock. It's great at night while driving. When boating, everyone sees our stern light for miles - literally. I'm VERY happy with it. Inexpensive and easy to install - and it takes 5 minutes to convert to LED light.
