The best part about this product, it's simplicity of use! It has helped us to automate our employee rewards programs in such way that employees are able keep track their tasks completion for any particular reward they want as per organization rules & regulations without having an admin person involved with them all times - we can easily assign task/solutions etc at point-of time itself which helps me save more resources than ever before!! I will say there isn't much dislike or dislikes but if you're looking out just try using incentive logic once (or twice) then decide whether its worth your effort otherwise stick only where needed like what i said above :) Its pretty simple yet powerful piece of solution when used right :).
