I'll start with the good. This brings the monitor up to eye level, thereby improving my posture. I don't want a neck problem, and besides, when I look down, my head falls off, which is uncomfortable. It's good if you have the right angles, but it's quite cumbersome to change and tweak them. You have to do each loop at a time, and there are 6. Sometimes it takes 2 hands to adjust the hinge. If you know exactly how you like it, it's easier to set it up for customization. If not, figuring out what works for you can be a hassle. Another thing that worries me is that I have a MacBook Air. It's pretty flat and thin. The ledge on the desk is higher than my keyboard, so it's uncomfortable for my wrists to rest on it.
