No instructions included. There is a link on the box that takes you to the Brooklyn Brew Shop website for instructions and it is incorrect. The kit comes with a 1 gallon bottle and bags of yeast each containing 5 grams. You are told to use the whole package of yeast per 1 gallon of cider and that is incorrect. The package directions say to use 1 gram per gallon. So you also need to buy an accurate kitchen scale to measure 1 gram. So if you follow the instructions on the site, it will come out badly.
