Review on Mambe by Kendrick Dooley

My experience shopping at the Mambe online store left me feeling incredibly let down due to the low quality of the products they sold and the absence of any kind of customer service. When I eventually got my hands on the hiking backpack I had ordered, the straps were already starting to rip and the zippers were stuck. This was two weeks after the delivery date that had been promised. In spite of the fact that I contacted customer service on numerous occasions, I was given responses that were unhelpful and condescending. To make matters even worse, when I eventually took the backpack on my hiking trip, the material was so thin that it tore on the first day, leaving me stranded without a proper backpack for the rest of the trip. This was an unfortunate turn of events that made the situation even more frustrating. In general, I would not advise anyone to shop at Mambe online store if they are looking for dependable outdoor gear or customer support that meets their expectations.
