We purchased this camera after a friend's recommendation. We're glad we bought it, despite it being a little on the expensive side. You get what you paid for and this is definitely worth the price. The picture quality is clear and focused, even at night. It can even recognize and focus on people's faces. We love that it provides an app to use on our phone. I have bought several different camera systems an this is the best one that I have found hands down! Firstrend Customer Service is also amazing I was trying too find a signal extender because I put a camera on the other side of my property which is pretty far an it gets signal but I wanted it too have more so I contacted Walmart technical support at first on my issue an they led me to the wrong extender that don't work with this system so I messaged firstrend an they were very eager too help me

This system is "plug and play". 4 cameras send wireless signal to the hard drive which can record more than a month of video footage. Initially after working for a few days sometimes one of the cameras would cut out, resulting in loss of video for several hours or days but I eventually got all 4 cameras working continuously.

Easy installation, would recommend for residential or use on areas that wouldn’t exceed over 50 ft from the NVR box, other wise the signal drops. Trouble shooting took a while to get some channels to show, however the technician did a great job guiding for a solution.
