The picture quality is clear and focused, even at night. It can even recognize and focus on people's faces. We love that it provides an app to use on our phone. It allows us to playback videos, and also allows you to zoom in focus. And we can save videos we want. Best of all, the set up is very easy, as the NVR unit can find cameras without difficulty. We feel safer knowing we can monitor our house safely, and in the palm of our own hands. The customer service has also been superb. They were attentive to our issue, responds quickly and provided solutions.
