Disappointment is the best way to say it. I didn't expect this to be top based on the price, but I have a $35 shredder that works better than this one. I bought this one mainly for the feed function but it doesn't work. He takes one sheet at a time, and if he accidentally catches three or more, he ties them together. Ordinary weighted paper with no staples or creases will not feed through the feeder. You have to stop every 4th or 5th sheet to clear the paper jam. The device also overheats and shuts down intermittently. From 300 sheets it overheats at around 210 sheets and you have to wait an hour before you can use it again. And that happens even if you take a 10-minute break every 50 sheets. Too bad it's not worth the price. I could buy 3 shredders for $35 and it would be done now.
