It has been a few weeks since I received this item. Works very well so far, but first a review. Okay, so my package included a charger, a USB-C cable, and a cigarette lighter adapter. Some reviews said they didn't get a cigarette adapter, but mine did. The charger is made of cheap plastic but looks solid. Regarding the installation, it just attaches to the air vents in your vehicle. The only vents that work are the ones with horizontal vents, no fancy round vents or any of the other designs that come with it. The downside is that this makes the vent heavier and you cannot use that vent. It can also jam some of the controls in your vehicle. I blocked some of the climate control buttons. So be careful where you want to install it and what it blocks after installation. Operation is easy when the charger is powered. There are two LED indicators on the bottom of the charger. When power is present, the LEDs will glow blue. Place your phone in front of the charger and it will open. Place it on the small edge of the charger and wait a second or two for the arms to close. During the charging process, the LED lights up green. To remove it from the charger, just touch the top of the back of the charger and it will open its arms. Be careful when opening, depending on how you installed it, it may just fall out. Some people have asked about headphone jack access. it all depends on your phone. My Samsung S10+ has a headphone jack in the bottom right corner of my phone and yes it is blocked. I usually use Bluetooth so it doesn't bother me. If the headphone jack is on the top of the phone, then everything is fine. For iPhone users using a Lightning cable, there is space below for a Lightning to headphone cable adapter. And now for the worse. the last two days the hands started to behave strangely and eventually they closed or opened. I had to take it apart and it hurt so bad. The screws are all hidden. Eight screws are hidden at the front, where the mobile phone is charged. When I carefully removed the glass I got too impatient and smashed the glass, ugly. Glass is glued to 2-sided tape. No heat is required for removal like replacing glass on smartphones. When the glass is removed, the front of the charger is secured with eight screws. Once that is removed remove the charging coil, there are two screws under the coil plus four more screws for a total of six screws to remove the plastic holding the motor, gears and levers. I made sure the gears and levers were installed properly and lubricated the gears with some lithium grease. I didn't spray into the charger, just applied something with a cotton swab. All the gears are plastic just in case you were wondering. Let's see how long that lasts before it goes haywire again. I will update this review if there are any changes. Hope this review helps.
