I loved the wired version and when it came out I bought it the same day I received it and it was fantastic until I plugged it in and saw I had it on iCUE and I've tried various fixes but nothing seems to work. I thought I might have a defective one so the next day I bought another one and to my surprise it didn't work and the second one also rattled like something was loose inside. Unfortunately we will be bringing both back and Corsair needs to pay more attention to their software and the quality control of their products. Pros: It's so comfortable for my hand that it's long enough for my finger to fit snugly in the mouse button and light enough to click effortlessly. Cons: Can't be recognized by iCUE, so no RGB, no dpi setting, no keybinding. I don't know if I'm the only one encountering this problem, but I've exhausted all my options.
