We bought these 4 packs as a Christmas present for our 3 children. We have used them 3 or 4 times on family trips this spring and they have been fantastic. It was a lot of fun hanging out together pretending to be spies and giving each other crazy spy names. After a walk, my daughter's walkie-talkie suddenly stopped working. We loaded and nothing. We changed the batteries with my other daughter and everything was fine so we knew we had a bad battery. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly, asking about the color of this battery and offering to ship a new battery immediately. To my great surprise, they sent me not just a new battery, but two new radios! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend these walkie talkies for a great family vacation.
