We liked the functionality when it worked, so we checked out the Revain and saw it was on sale for around $80, bought a second unit, as did one of our friends who used to enjoy eating on the original. Both arrived and both failed within 2 months. This time I turned to Techwood. NO reply, contacted Revain twice, first support person tried to contact me with Techwood - that failed, they got shut down! Second call to Revain resulted in a refund to my account with a 20% restocking fee as it is outside of the refund period!
