We used the grill/raclette on and off for about two months. It worked well and was fun with friends and family. Then, two months later, it just stopped working. There is no way to turn it on. I contacted Revain who put me in touch with the seller. Although we still had a three-month guarantee, there was no response. The dead silence of the seller. Very simple recommendation: do not buy this brand.

We were so disappointed with this grill. The heat is not even distributed over the whole grill. The grill is best cooked in the middle, the sides take significantly longer. Also, the grill isn't as hot as I was hoping. Our meat was cooked for a VERY long time, we had the hottest heat. We used the grill to make Korean BBQ at home. I don't think it's good for meat. Maybe pancakes? I'm just so disappointed especially since the reviews I read were so good.

This grill was so easy to use and so much fun! I used it for Easter dinner last year and it was a breeze. No more lugging around a huge gas grill and worrying about not having enough propane. I think it was so new that it needs a few uses before it goes away. The temperature control is very easy to use and can be set for slow cooking or fast grilling.
