As usual, two other small fish products work great. to rocks or corals. It will stick a little, but it won't last long. You mix it up in the shape you want, then apply a liberal coat of cyno-based glue like Gorilla Glue or one of dozens of others. Apply the portion of glue to the base of the coral, being careful not to get it on the live coral. Then quickly flip it over and apply cyno glue to the other side that will be on the stone and once applied quickly dip it in water and glue the other side to the stone and hold stuck for a minute or two. Cino's glue creates an excellent bond and putty creates a mold base. It's also a good idea to brush the area on the rock with a toothbrush to remove sand or ditritus. Also keep a close eye on your protein skimmer. The putty will drive him crazy and he'll overflow in a few minutes. I usually clean the skimmer before starting and then lower the level until the skimmer no longer reacts to glue and putty. Also wear surgical gloves, otherwise your fingers will be stuck with cyno-glue. The glue dries very quickly on contact with water, and if the tip of the Cyno glue bottle gets wet, the glue inside will harden very quickly.
