The fact we can see all our staff, supervisors & managers together with any message or query they have for us without having to send them an email makes this software very useful! There are not many problems regarding icosians but if you do find something please contact customer service who will be happy to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible. This has made managing people much easier than going through emails individually - it also helps save time too since no more sending out individual messages about things such as training needs etc., just look up someone's details under 'contact' section of website then click on what ever information applies (if applicable).
