This is my first sealer. I had contemplated buying one for some time. After a lot of reviews of other units, I purchased this one. It is amazing. It has a button where you can take all the air out before you seal it or you can just take out as much as you want if you are sealing something delicate and you don't want to smash it. It has never missed a seal except one time when I didn't put the bag in far enough. I have been using to make my husband home made beef jerky and to repackage meat for freezing. It is just awesome.
