For the most part, this item works fine. It has its glitches, but once you understand the glitches, its easy to work through them. It doesn't provide the best seal so you have to perform the seal function twice. So far for the past few months frozen vacuumed food has lasted without freezer burn. If you plan to perform ALOT of vacuum sealing, then this product is not for you.

The operators manual was definitely NOT written by a native English speaker. This made the instructions confusing for an item SO easy to operate 😀. Plug it in, wait for the red light (LED) to flash, place the open bag in the opening, press the lid until it latches on both sides, press the vac/seal button, let it do it's thing, and press the release button. Done ! As long as you keep everything clean the bag is sealed and ready for the freezer or sous vide. The box is a tidy place to store this

This is a good product. It seals very well, with good suction. It leaves no air in the bag. Some I've tried let air back in during the sealing process. But this machine is easy to use, simple process, and stores in a very small place. It does look good enough to leave on the counter if there's room. I was disappointed that the cost jumped so high before I could make my purchase.

Learned the difficult way that the moisture in the food to be sealed should first be semi-removed by dabbing on a paper towel before entering into the machine. My first use where I did not do this resulted in some liquid entering the well in the machine. Had to carefully remove the fluids and clean the surface.

Update 6mos later: I tried again with raw chicken. Same thing.sucked out the juices, making a mess, and didn't seal. I ended up using seal only and put it in a freezer bag for extra protection. I'll use it for dry or frozen only and will be buying a different product to seal wet foods.Did really well with beef jerky and already frozen fish and meat that I wanted to break-up into smaller portions. The vacuum seal option doesn’t work after two uses! I owned one exactly like this one before and worked perfectly fine for 2 years and it was put in use a lot more often. Very disappointed

Perfect for meal prepping packs of meats with seasonings and vegetables ready to go- best sous vide experience ever! Bought this machine the 210 1.5 years ago and it only gets used a handful of times in a year. It stopped vacuuming while doing some tomatoes this season. It still seals but that is all. Worked fine up until this. I emailed the company and no response so I ordered a Nesko as I want to get these bags that we have made up sealed.

This is my first sealer. I had contemplated buying one for some time. After a lot of reviews of other units, I purchased this one. It is amazing. It has a button where you can take all the air out before you seal it or you can just take out as much as you want if you are sealing something delicate and you don't want to smash it. Works great! Much better and quieter then my food saver and for 1/2 the price. Took me a bit to realize , and read the instructions, but you must push down on both sides till you hear the clicks. Otherwise it won't work. Buying my son one for his freezer stockups.

It is well worth the money I bought it shouldn’t really fast and I already started using it for my fruit that I like to store in the freezer try to use in freezer bags I want my fruit to taste fresh and that it is no long does it taste like it’s freezer I recommend this to anybody who is looking for something simple and easy and who wants fresh fruits and vegetables or even 🥩

I’m able to buy in larger quantities and freeze my extras and not have to waist any food . The bags work sure well and the use is easy to set up .

it has awesome suction.my problem is the lid isn't as sturdy as I had hoped. I had a FoodSaver and liked it much more and it was built better and easier to use. This has two buttons for your suction options. It gets the job done though. I've only had for about a week. It's garden season so it's had some use.

A nice vacuum sealer although it’s a little tricky to use at times. The area to place the lip of the bag is pretty small so you have to be careful when you’re using it so you get it to fully suction. Great deal for the price and works well once you figure that out!

First one we bought had a defect, so we received a new one within a day. It’s a great value, however I believe directions aren’t very accurate. It took me a good bit to figure out how to perfect the portions to ensure it’s all properly sealed. The directions are terrible. Watch a video online (there are several). Once you do that it will be very easy. It is a good little machine and compact, not at all bulky. I am very pleased with the purchase.
