I'm a hot temper. I sweat under my clothes even when it's cold outside, and no matter how carefully I fold my clothes, I still get hot. There's nothing more pathetic than sweat dripping into your eyes when you can't take the lid off because the sweat is freezing on your face! So, I'm happy to say that this hat works really well for me. All kinds of breathability and comfortably cool air circulating without exposing the sweat to the frost. Mind you, this headgear is NOT rated for road biking at 55mph while a 20 degree cold wind burns your face, BUT it's the perfect design for warm and muggy conditions that still require a face covering. It's very comfortable, the fit is stretchy and the fabric feels really nice. But no ordinary balaclava; Because of its complexity (it took me a minute to figure out how to even wear this piece), it can be worn in more ways than any standard balaclava. i really like it I will order a few more of these. Not cheap. But the best never happens.
