I like that they are very responsive when it comes to solving any issues or questions we may need help with throughout out day-to-day activities as well as during special events such as conferences and tradeshows! They also make sure all of their clients/customers know about what is going on within the team through regular communication which helps create an amazing customer service culture across the organization.
Nothing really at this time but would love if there was more consistency between internal employees regarding work hours. It's always tough juggling your personal life along side working fulltime so it can be difficult to find times where everyone works together effectively without sacrificing one anothers needs. We use them heavily for conference calls and scheduling meetings both internally (with other departments) as well as externally.
