Great for baking without burning the bottom

Very well made pan. I had an issue with canned cookies burning before the cookies were done. A google search suggested getting a stainless steel pan and the bottom doesn't burn as easily. It was right. I use a sheet of foil to line the cookies, but now they're well baked and the bottoms aren't even close to burning. Very satisfied, great pan for the price.
