Review on Komplify by Jerry Forehand

The integration with other important tools such as Xero could be improved but it has been great from day one! Their customer support team are very quick at replying in English when you have some questions or concerns about their product - we've only had 1 call since launch which was sorted out promptly by another member of staff who couldn't speak Hindi (and I'm not sure whether she spoke any). We're solving our own internal audit problems using this software rather than hiring an external auditor/compliance consultant. This allows us time that would normally go into sourcing consultants / auditors etc so can focus more on managing clients' businesses instead.
