Well made. The phone is fully protected although it is quite easy to remove from the case. A few bucks is all I've got in this suitcase. With card slots filled, the interior space has become larger, showing the inner edges of the phone. He's also sprained his spine a bit so it doesn't have the super tight fit I was hoping for in this case. So if you want the device to be tight when closed, I recommend not using the card slots. The burgundy color is deep and even. The stitching is clean, the grain of the leather is good with small visible imperfections. I also bought this case in black. Equally happy but my husband hasn't tried the card slots so it still has a tight clasp.
