Let me start by saying that I have been a professional butcher or cutter for almost 35 years. However, I didn't have high hopes for this UltraSource. Butcher Knife, 8" Serrated Blade. After using this (HEAVY) for the last 90 days. I am VERY IMPRESSED, the knife feels great in the hand, feels good in the hand, makes precise cuts with ease. That's as long as You keep your knives sharp I do and this knife picks up stone fast and can hold the blade as long as any expensive knife I have I will definitely be buying another one soon as my boss mistakes it for his seems to have! Would recommend to any serious home cook or game hunter as with the right care it can be a thing of the past. this is a welcome change from the old cutter. Buy and enjoy! BAMF
