The battery compartment is broken

I was happy to finally buy a non-contact thermometer when my ear thermometer stopped working. It was a great price and looks like a good block. Unfortunately not very well done for me, or at least mine. The battery compartment is defective. Every time I press the shutter button to take the temperature, the battery compartment opens and the batteries fall out. This is disappointing, I was looking forward to owning one of these. Keep in mind that in my reviews I never rate a product immediately after purchase.
