Of all the options I looked at, this was the most compact and lightest. It does exactly what it is advertised to do, nothing more, nothing less. Like all titanium products I found it expensive but that is the reality and I can agree. While the cutouts are meant to make this stand even lighter, they also help dissipate heat and allow you to store it quicker than usual. While this isn't a major consideration and is really just a flash on screen in the scheme of things, I appreciate it because I hate waiting until I'm ready to go, I want to go. That sums it up. I would like to add a downside that I found. You cannot use the cooking setting available on some similar Trangia and Trangia. I haven't found a solution to this problem yet. Style Five Stars fits into my book.
