The product took some time to arrive. Our parrot loves this hammock house. He sleeps in it and stays in it during the day. We have 2 of these so we can swap them when we clean his cage. I throw it in the washing machine to clean it, depending on how dirty it is it may need to be hand washed before going into the machine. The only problem with them is the fabric or rope straps that need to be hung on the roof of the house. Our parrot always finds a way to eat them and snatch them from the house to make him fall. A simple solution to this problem was to cut the fabric hangers to size and attach a metal clasp or safety hook directly to the house and then hang it on the cage. Seems to work perfectly. Our parrot likes these houses very much, they are soft and comfortable for him.
