Never worked properly

We ordered these products for use with a Mac Mini and a PC running Windows 10. My husband has years of experience with technology and this was one of his worst experiences in a while. After a lengthy process of troubleshooting a hardware replacement, it was determined that the problem was with the KVM. I could never bring myself to switch and drive two DP monitors; especially with the MAC involved. Save yourself the frustration and spend more to get reliable, stable hardware to work with, or pay for troubleshooting.
