A friend recommended this product. I chose a cheaper version and ended up sending it back because it was rubbish. It may seem expensive but after my previous purchase I realized that this is a good investment. The product will last a long time if you take care of it. If not, then you can do it, guaranteed! When it arrived I immediately opened it up and tried it! The instructions were pretty clear. Press and hold the center button for three seconds to turn the device on and off. I used the ball adapter at speed 3 all over my back and felt all the tension leave my body. As I tell you, I felt the light! It felt like I just went to a yoga class and they forced me to stretch deeply. Can't wait to try the full body massage. And yes, it was level 3 of 6. Speaking of power! Where has this product been all my life?!
