The strap looks good and feels like it is made of good material. I look forward to actually wearing it. However, the tweak tool is a joke. I've tried adjusting the bracelet by removing the extra links per the instructions, but the flimsy adjustment screw just doesn't connect properly to the pin. I tried many times but when you turn the screw the pin is on one side of the pin and not aligned. When I finally thought the screw was properly aligned with the pin and applied a little force to turn the screw, thinking the pin on the bracelet was just a little tight, the adjustment pin again misaligned and broke. . The adjustment tool is just a very flimsy, poorly made toy. The extra pins are a nice added bonus. However, I don't know why anyone would need them if the bracelet is the right size. I am deducting one star for the product due to the adjustment tool. If you only ship the product you bought, the bracelet, no setting tool, and tell the buyers that they need a professional jeweler to set up the bracelet from the start, I would give the bracelet 5 stars.
