I used this product to inflate one of the tires on my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu and it worked as advertised. Make sure you turn it on before connecting the short straight hose that comes with the kit, then screw the open end onto the tire valve and watch as it inflates the tire to the desired pressure (35psi by default). pumped up. I don't know how it works with bike tires or sports equipment (basketball, volleyballs, etc.), but as far as I know, this product works fine.
