Disappointed with missing parts.
Assembly required and due to missing parts my sugar gliders only take 4 steps instead of 5 to get more screws and wing nuts. I figured the bottom tier would also need to be threaded to mount top and bottom, but the threaded stud for the bottom is also missing. In general, the idea is nice, but I was disappointed that I couldn't assemble it.
