The insights gained from this platform have been invaluable for our team as they look at how we can improve efficiencies across multiple customer touch-points (incl support). I also really like that it is not simply another tool but rather provides real value by allowing us deeper insight into trends within each account area which enables better decision making with regards timeframes/ priorities etc.. This has allowed me greater autonomy over my daily tasks - something very important when working remotely! It would be great if there was more flexibility around training requirements so employees could attend virtual classes via webinar or online video tutorials instead; however given its benefits overall i don't think thats an issue!! Great product / service offering providing valuable data points about your business's KPIs &gt opportunities along side some useful tools such automation processes too.
