Nice plain white shirt

My husband wears suits every day. He has about 15-20 white shirts that he wears most often. Sometimes he wears a pastel shirt, but 90% of the time he chooses a white one. He seems to have a preference for what he wears with certain items. He wears more expensive shirts for more important occasions, heavier fabrics for the winter, etc. He generally gravitates towards cotton rather than blended fabrics, although it tends to wrinkle more easily. He lightly washes and starches his shirts at the dry cleaners because he likes things crispy (and neither he nor I have the inclination or time to starch and iron shirts!). Blended fabrics never get as smooth or crispy as cotton. but after a long day they often look better. They're also slightly warmer than many 100% cotton shirts (unless they're cloth or oxford). Anyway, he likes this shirt. It's not the most expensive shirt he owns, but it's great for a casual day. He didn't like the colored stitching on a button on the sleeve, so I changed it. He's so weird and finicky sometimes, it seemed normal to me, but oh well. It could probably appear that someone simply fastened the button with the wrong thread. Most people probably won't even notice. It's not too heavy and not too thin, so it's more of a medium weight. I don't like it when you look through the fabric and see the t-shirt underneath (he never wears a shirt without a short sleeve t-shirt). change (for him). He is more traditional and almost always opts for a standard dotted collar. Lace looks nicer unbuttoned at the neck than unbuttoned. I think they should suit your face shape: dotted collars should help elongate your face and make it look narrower. If you have a narrow face, wider and more open collars will make your face appear fuller and your jawline appear wider. I'm not sure if most men follow these kinds of rules by just choosing what pleases them, but I wanted to mention it anyway. It fits as expected. There is not much space in the middle. Some men like them more curvaceous in the waist, others - slim. This is sort of an in-between option, leaning towards the thinner side. Overall this is a good shirt for the price.

Pros
  • Very nice shirt. Be sure to iron!
Cons
  • White stains easily and needs frequent washing.
