I originally ordered the Renpho Smart Rope back in May 2021. At the time I liked the quality of the jump rope but the app seemed to be off- the number of jumps was being recorded accurately but my jump times were not. Since May, the app has been improved and upgraded a lot but I was still having trouble with my rope. I messaged Renpho's customer support about the 'bugs' I thought existed in the app but they came to the conclusion that my rope itself was at fault. They promptly gave me a full refund on my order so I ordered a replacement. I'm happy to say that my new rope works flawlessly! I'm a happy customer!
