Received the chair yesterday - assembled in about 15 minutes. The box is big and heavy for one person, but it's doable. It was easy to build and appears to be well built. The other reviews are correct and I won't repeat them, but I have a few things to add that no one else has asked or commented on. armrests. Are they hard or soft? They are lightly padded. Rather hard than soft. However, they have a smooth texture, so there are no patterns to be seen on your skin. The armrests on my old chair were softer, but I think they'll be fine once I get used to them.2. The chair moves silently thanks to beautiful wheels.3. The depth of the seat suits me but may be a little short for taller people. My height is 5 feet 10 inches. You can adjust the backrest further away from the seat with screws, but I've got the maximum already, so. Which makes that all the more of a problem. The mesh pattern on this chair is large so you don't want to sit naked on it or get waffled ass (we all know that - Amirite?!). Mesh chairs, though. Overall, I would have liked a little more room to adjust the seat depth, a little softer armrests and a lower price, I would buy again and am happy with my purchase.
