I'm a small adult (under 1.5m) and I use the CPAP mask. This is my favorite pillow. It comes with a thin zippered padding pocket for stuffing storage and a thicker zippered outer pocket that adds softness and aligns it. The padding inside was soft and had a slight odor which my wife could smell but I couldn't. It passed in a few days. As it had a zipped cover to adjust the filling I was able to take some out and make a separate smaller bolster pillow with a cheap pillow protector I already had. Because of its softness and adjustability, I have two small pillows that are just right for me, don't press my chin against my chest all night, and are small and soft enough not to shift my CPAP mask as much as other pillows. I've tried large and small (adjustable) buckwheat pillows, large heavy memory foam pillows, and regular sized pillows new and old with regular fiberfill. This one is the best for me so far.
