They are so useful. Inexpensive to purchase and use. You can set the brightness to 25% (night), 50% and 100% and then any level in between. They have a flashing mode which isn't suitable for base cabinets, but the handy remote control can be stored anywhere, making it easy to grab before heading into the kitchen, saving you from having to walk across the room to the light switch. It was the best value for money product and was the most used in my kitchen renovation. and that's what makes the kitchen so beautiful at night when it's on. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Installation requires an unused, remote outlet and drilling small holes under the cabinet, but you can bend excess cord and secure it with small clips that attach to the bottom of the cabinet - out of sight.
