I bought this to accommodate a huge amount of hair care products that came with my sister and daughter who moved in with me and my wife for a while. for a short time last fall. When it arrived I was happy with the product as it looked well made and quite sturdy. It was easy to assemble and install in our guest shower/bathtub. The baskets on the trolley contained all sorts of sizes and shapes of all kinds of hair care products, some of which were quite heavy. The ability to adjust the height of each caddy basket allows you to conveniently position them as needed for different size bottles. Although the product looked good, I coated each hex bolt and extension with petroleum jelly to prevent rusting. After 7 months both my sister and daughter were moving and when I tried to move the trolley the mainspring froze and was difficult to remove. After some time I finally got it out after damaging the ceiling with the intention of returning it after the shower repairs. However, the pull-out part with the tension spring no longer works because I could not unlock the stem (rotary lock). My son helped me and when we could twist the rod to unlock the spring it just twisted and we have no spring ability. The bottom of the car is fine, but without the spring bar it is useless. I called the company product support number which asks you to call Revain and when you call Revain they don't have customer support due to the pandemic.
