During the summer I have trouble getting rid of flies that are attracted to my cat's food in her bowl. I don't want to spray chemicals around the house. So this bat seemed like an interesting alternative to the expensive UV traps found in grocery stores and restaurants. The handle is structured to save space; it unfolds and locks into place. The racquet comes with a USB to micro USB charging cable (the charging socket on the handle is located at the base of the handle behind the cover) and a brush. on the handle, then hold the yellow button to unzip and swing the paddle in the bug's path. You'll know you've tripped over a bug when you see a bright flash of light and hear a pleasant pop. The actuation area is covered on both sides with a plastic grid to prevent fingers from snapping. Finally, there's a built-in blue light that can be activated by a second switch on the handle. Works great, love this device! highlighted.
