The product was easy to install. It took about 20 minutes to connect to the battery to route discreetly. I have a Galaxy S10e with an Otterbox case. Used several times without incident. The holder doesn't fully grip the case by the edges, it squeezes the sides together. Probably more issues with the Otterbox case, although it's not as bulky as other OB truck cases I've seen. On Wednesday, July 3, the phone fell off a bicycle in a 60 mph freeway fast lane and didn't notice it for about a minute. After searching and using Find My Phone, I suddenly found it on the freeway this morning. After playing Frogman I picked up the phone and surprisingly it was in perfect condition, even the case. The handle mechanism on the device is assembled by tightening. I made sure it was tight before riding, but it must have come loose from wind and bike vibration (normal for Harleys). I used a mirror mount so it might be better to put it behind the windshield, but I won't tempt fate again. The phone is less than a month old and has just received a new mount with an improved grip mechanism for the Otterbox case.
