The desk shipped very quickly. I put the whole thing together in a little over an hour, and probably could have done it a little quicker except my dogs wanted to check it out every step of the way.The pieces are clearly marked, and fit together easily. I would recommend reading the instructions all the way through prior to starting, as a few of the pieces have to be put on a certain way, but it was not difficult at all. It was nice that there were extra bolts (just in case?) but I didn't need any of them.There is no center support in the L portion, so I can roll my chair all the way through from one side to the other if I need to without banging my knees. I have a 17-inch laptop and a monitor mount with 2 24-inch monitors on it, and it seems to be holding up pretty well.One thing to note is that the desk is only like 19" deep, so if you will be putting monitors ON the desk (not mounted) it might reduce the amount of usable space in that area.For the price, I am very happy with this purchase!
