Best water bottle I've ever used

First of all I'm not sure why it's advertised as only 32 oz. The last mark is 34 oz. and easily eat another 4 ounces. rooms. In fact, I fill it to the brim and drink 3 every day. Which brings me to another point. If you weigh 130 pounds or less, two refills is enough, but if you're really drinking as much water as you should, try to drink at least 1 ounce per 2 pounds. you weigh If you exercise a lot and sweat more, you may need more; this is just the basic level. For people struggling with obesity, you can drink three or more. It's a good size for portability, but if you want to fill up less if you're a heavy drinker, I'd prefer the 1-gallon version instead. And the last tip: Cool water or water at room temperature is much easier to drink faster. If you hate feeling chained to it all day, it's much easier to just have a little drink every hour or two. I don't pay attention to the motivation part at all. I just need a handy container for hot days that's also big enough that I don't have to keep refilling it. My previous water bottle was wider and shorter, so I like this slimmer shape with a grippy silicone layer. Another reason not to pour cold water; That grippy aspect doesn't matter if it's slippery from condensation. The mouth size is also perfect for me. I can tip it back and pour it out without splashing myself, or I can take a sip without sucking too hard. The band can work even if the bottle is wet. The top lid is firm but easy to open. All in all a good choice for many needs. Just find out how much water you really need; Glasses of 8 8 ounces are not suitable for everyone.
