The disadvantage of this product is that the fan power cord is too short. I can't use a fan and use it in bed unless I sit on the edge of the bed and lean forward with my legs at my side. It's so uncomfortable and uncomfortable! I tried to contact the company before purchasing but received no response. I don't like asking a question because customers didn't understand the questions and their answers were useless. I messaged the seller last week, haven't heard from them. I need to buy a longer cable, but I need to know the size of this cable. Is it micro-mini, type-c, etc.? Consider sending it back and getting something else if I don't hear from them by the end of the week. I need another cable to make it durable and use the fan.
