A Long Blade Pizza Peel: Not Just for Pizza Anymore
This wooden peel is an absolute game-changer when it comes to baking bread, roasting vegetables, or even turning oversized cookies in the oven. The extended 42-inch length keeps your hands safely away from the heat source while the slender blade is perfect for easily sliding any kind of baked good onto and off of the oven rack. Plus, it looks damn good hanging on the wall when not in use. Suffice it to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this piece of kitchen equipment.
