I like how easy it is to use this software. It has an intuitive interface which makes things easier for users who don't have much experience with using bots in general. The customer support team also helped me set up my bot during our initial call. They were very helpful throughout the process of getting everything setup properly. Sometimes you need someone else's help when it comes to setting up your own website or creating a new form because they know what they are doing and will get you through any hurdles quickly. We used it mainly as a way to build out forms so we could ask customers questions via text message instead of having them fill out paper surveys.
