I ordered 12" and 18" versions of this product. They were delivered on time and the squeegee blade was protected from denting during transit. Every Sunday I checked all the windows (OCD yes, but we also live in a salty air environment). These mops work like a champ - great results. We have many large sliding doors that lead to our lanai, pool and water (one door is 10ft high and 32ft wide) and these squeegees give us a great view and cut through the glass of my entire house (one level, but tons of glass ) . Purification ritual up to one hour. I also use them to clean the glass on our half-walls in each of our three bathrooms, as well as extra-large mirrors throughout. Great great product.
