Use your own screws!

The strength of the magnet is good for the size. The adhesive is strong as well. The only and most important issue is that the screws are junk. When the first one broke a I screwed it in by hand, I decided to predrill the holes. This did not help and the screws still twisted into 2. USE YOUR OWN SCREWS
